1. Platform Purpose and Limitations
1.1 Information Forum Only
DoNotHost.me is an information-sharing forum for the hospitality industry. The platform allows users to anonymously submit reports about guest incidents. We are NOT:
•A verification service
•A screening tool
•A recommendation engine
•A factual database
•A consumer reporting agency
1.2 No Verification
We do not verify the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information submitted. All content is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not investigate, fact-check, or moderate content before publication.
1.3 Anonymous Submissions
Reports are submitted anonymously. We do not collect or display information about the submitter. However, we may collect IP addresses and other technical data for security and abuse prevention purposes.
1.4 No Guarantees
We make no guarantees regarding:
•Accuracy of any information
•Completeness of any information
•Reliability of any information
•Legality of any information
•Availability of the platform
•Security of the platform
2. User Conduct and Content Standards

THE PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
3.2 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DoNotHost.Me, ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
(A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE PLATFORM; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE, OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF OTHER USERS OR THIRD PARTIES; (C) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE PLATFORM; OR (D) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).
3.3 Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DoNotHost.Me, its owners, operators, affiliates, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the platform or your violation of these Terms.

We do NOT collect identifying information about submitters beyond technical data necessary for platform security.
4.2 Information Use
Information submitted to the platform is:

•Not used for marketing purposes
•Not sold to third parties
•Retained indefinitely unless removed
4.3 Data Subject Rights
Individuals who believe they are the subject of a report may:
•Request to view information about them
•Request correction of inaccurate information
•Request removal of information in certain circumstances
•Submit a counter-statement to be displayed with the report

5. Platform Access and Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
